Our Aims are:
- to ensure that all individuals are given the opportunity to volunteer, regardless of race, gender, age, beliefs, sexual orientation, ability or disability

Does your Organisation need Volunteers?
- Advice is always on hand for those with little or no experience of using volunteers and who need guidance on issues like expenses, references, insurance and general Good Practice.

"CELEBRATION OF VOLUNTEERING" Event
6th August 2010
On Friday 6th August at The Civic Offices in Havant, more than 50 volunteers from the Borough of Havant were nominated for an Award at Havant Volunteer Centre’s Annual Award Ceremony. The event was supported and sponsored by Havant Borough Council.
The Mayor of Havant, Councillor Yvonne Weeks, presented certificates to the nominated volunteers at the ceremony. “Volunteers are vital to the local community. It’s important that we thank them and recognise their hard work” said Claire Coxwell, Havant Volunteer Centre Co-ordinator.
