At our AGM last year, it was agreed that Havant Council of Community Service should become a company limited by guarantee.
As of 1 July 2012 we became:

Then with effect from 1 September 2012 the Board of Trustees was delighted to announce the merger between HCCS Community Action and Community First East Hampshire. The new body will be trading as COMMUNITY FIRST HEH.

Mission Statement
To improve the quality and promote the growth of community provision by offering support and encouraging networking between all agencies, whether voluntary, statutory or independent sector.
We offer information and advice to community groups, as well as providing valuable community services such as Meals on Wheels, Community Transport, Shopmobility and the Volunteer Centre.
